Starting from the bottom:
1. Calf, lower leg
2. knees
3. Thighs (with roller)
4. hips
5. Hands, wrists
6. Elbows with Shoulders
7. Neck (upper trap stretch)
8. Torso twist
9. Half squat
10. Open Chest Stretch
