Sam had back and neck pain. Both Sam and his wife had seen videos of others being adjusted at our office, and wanted to give it a try.
After a full x-ray analysis, both of them wanted treatment, so (being the brave one) the wife went first.
She then filmed Sam for this video, knowing he was the scared one and wanted a little fame.
Every patient’s first adjustment is always a surprise: their reactions and amount of relief.
As you can see at the end of the video, Sam amazed how fast it worked.
As I explain at the end of the video, the adjustment relaxes your nerves to relaxed your body. Then what you are having problems with (back pain, posture, neck pain, headaches, nerve pain, overall body stress, etc.) can be reduced immediately.
Our current lives are “go, go, go”. This can put positive and negative stress on our bodies. Creating and sustaining a positive mindset keeps you pain-free and relaxed to live a healthy life. Lower stress to your body and mind is difficult. This could require changing our physical environment and leaving the people that we love. Instead we can create and sustain a positive mindset by taking the time to meditate and exercise. Then our bodies can tolerate the stressors in our lives, and stay strong and relaxed.
Keeping your body and mind strong and relaxed has several factors. Chiropractors return spinal motion and alignment to keep you nerves relaxed.
