Neck and Back Pain Help -Courtney’s Review of Upland Claremont Cucamonga Chiropractor

Courtney was at a loss.

Only in her 20’s her body felt weak, and the pain was unpredictable.

Seeing her medical doctor, some testing, medication and acupuncture provided no relief.

On her own, Courtney came to Euclid Chiropractic for help.  After a full exam and x-ray analysis she felt that we could possibly help.  Courtney would not know until treatment started.

After just a week Courtney started to get relief.  Her strength started to return, the intensity of pain reduced. She felt hope.

Weeks later Courtney know chiropractic was helping.  She was routinely performing the exercises given by our offices.  This started to build strength and confidence the pain was gone.  This also lead to Courtney having more energy and lowering her body’s stress levels.

When we took the new x-rays, Courtney had returned to the gym to workout regularly.  She had started and maintains a physical exercise routine that allows Courtney to tolerate more stress and relax.

Fixing Your Back Pain. What to Expect. By Upland Claremont Cucamonga Chiropractor

The fear caused by back pain can make you motionless.  Sometimes sharp, burning and can affect you in any position.

Janis’ Story of Back Surgery 

Most people will use their opioids/pain medication, or go to the medical doctor for shots.  If after a few days the pain does not go away, then what do you do?

The first step is taking an x-ray to find the root of the problem.  If your medical doctor will not give you one, then go to your chiropractor.  We are fortunate enough to have an x-ray facility in our office.

Only your chiropractor can look for spinal misalignments, disc problems, nerve conditions that your medical doctor will not see.  And can be the cause of your pain.

Using this x-ray and your examination a chiropractor will explain a treatment plan to help correct the problem in your spine and remove your pain.

This can be done through chiropractic adjustments, stretching, modalities, and exercise. Treatments are used to create more motion to reduce the pain.

Patients are emailed and guided through home exercises.  These allow people to feel better and happier.

Then a post x-ray is performed to show the improvement of the spine, and show the cause of the pain has been fixed.

Lastly, patients are encouraged to keep up with their exercise habits.  This will keep their spine healthy, and life pain-free.

“It was Painful.” -Anthony’s Review of Upland Claremont Cucamonga Chiropractor

When Anthony called, he was not sure if Chiropractic would help.  The leg and back pain effected everything; sitting, walking, driving.

Nothing was comfortable, and nothing Anthony was doing helped.

After seeing his x-rays, Anthony understood how our treatment could give him relief.

Adjustments and therapy started.  A few visits when by and slight improvement.

Two weeks later, more improvement; Anthony could sit for 30 minutes without leg pain. Driving an hour to and from work was less intense pain.

Two more weeks of treatment went by.  Anthony’s attitude changed.  He could feel the difference.  His pain was controllable.  Anthony felt the leg pain go away when standing and walking.

Two months after starting chiropractic treatment, Anthony started getting his life back.  Exercising, long drives and hiking became his normal routine. He forgets his had a problem.

Balance Exercise for Back and Neck Pain Relief by Upland Claremont Cucamonga Chiropractor

Getting help for pain with a chiropractor will give you a different treatment than your medical doctor.

Instead of medications your chiropractor may prescribe home exercises (with chiropractic care) for relief and full recovery to your normal health.

To get better balance start with 2 things: improving posture and better joint motion. This is another post, and both get your joints to stay relaxed to shift your center of gravity easier when you move.

Then this exercise will help you keep improving your balance and strength:

  1. Stand up straight.2. Touch the wall with 2 fingers, and walk with your head up. 3. Turn around then perform step 2 with eyes closed. 4. Repeat step 2 with eyes open heel-to-toe. Bonus: with your eyes closed.

This Balance Exercise will help you train your mind and body to keep balance; prevent falls/injuries.

Maintain a good posture and strong muscles will help you in a better state of health.

Chronic Pain Relief -Donavon’s Review of Upland Claremont Cucamonga Chiropractor

Donavon was desperate.  He had been on chronic pain medication for years for his back and neck.

When he came into the office, the pain had become unbearable and Donavon had stopped working.

The x-rays showed some arthritis and degeneration, but there was room for improvement.

Donavon was patient with treatment.  He understood if chiropractic treatment did not work, he may need back surgery.

It took him weeks to start feeling better; months to realize the pain was gone.  Then he had stopped taking his medication.

Neck and Back Pain Relief -Tommy’s Musical Visit

Tommy was anxious seeing a chiropractor when we first saw him several years ago.  He had neck and back pain not being helped with medicine or medical care.
