Fix your pain, By fixing your spine. Javier’s X-Ray Analysis. Upland Claremont Cucamonga Chiropractor

Here is how.

Unless there is a physical injury, most back pain can originate from your spine. Knowing what a normal Spine looks like can you help me determine if you’re back pain is coming from your bones.

Here is a normal low back x-ray:

Take note of the smooth curve, and the symmetrical disk spacing between the bones.

When the disc spacing is reduced and or the bones shift and become uneven, this can lock spinal motion, then cause pain.

Javier came into our office dealing with back pain for several weeks, and sciatic nerve pain down his left leg.  This lowered Javier’s quality of life by not being able to work and sleep.

Here is his pre-treatment x-ray:

Take note of the straightening of the spine, and the unevenness of the bones where they look staggered.

Javier was given about two months of treatment including chiropractic adjustments, exercises and stretching.

Here is his x-rays after two months of treatment:

Note the smoothness and increased curve of the spine, along with improved disk spacing.

His fixed spine can now handle more motion and stay strong to avoid pain.

So having an x-ray analysis can help you determine the cause of the pain, then fix the spine to fix the pain source.

Exercise: Learn then Do for Results. Upland Claremont Cucamonga Chiropractor

There are times when exercise will not work. This is why.

There are thousands (maybe millions) of articles, videos and other materials to help you learn the correct way to get healthy.

Now this knowledge is free (mostly) On the World Wide Web/Internet.

When you find a website/YouTube channel/company or person that you trust to give you the correct information, this is only the first step.

And you won’t get results…yet.

Applying the information and exercises can improve your health over time. Meaning that you have to form a daily routine at a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks to see your health improve.

It will suck, but once you put in the work and see results, sticking to that new routine becomes your lifestyle and your health stays healthy.

So to summarize, find a place or person you can follow that gives you the information you want.

Then apply that information daily to see results in about 4 to 6 weeks. Then enjoy your health.  Not easy but simple.

Steps (short form)

Steps:
1. Find a mentor, website, coach, person that you trust to give you correct advice for your health goals.
2. In your health state, start a DAILY routine of an exercise, eating change, etc. to help you feel uncomfortable. This feeling is changing your body internally to get to a better state.
3. Continue to build your routine and do it daily for a minimum of 4 up to 8 weeks, expect NO RESULTS.

4. Expect results at the END of the 4-6 weeks. Feeling and looking better.

Lower Stress/Relax. How to Practice Mindfulness with Michelle at Upland Cucamonga Chiropractor

There are many ways to relax.  Exercise, music, mediation to name a few.

To help our bodies and mind relax before or after a stressful day, practicing mindfulness like Michelle demonstrates today can take you less than five minutes.

Step one: find a quiet place. Prevent yourself from me distracted from your phone, TV or people around you.

Step two: place your body in relaxed position.  Here Michelle is sitting up with legs crossed.  Other examples are lying flat on your back, or reclining in a seat.

Step three: Start rhythmic deep breathing. Begin by inhaling deeply through your nose; then hold for 1-3 seconds. Exhale completely through your mouth.  Repeat this 4-5 times until you feel your mind and body relax.

Step four: start moving your neck in each direction when you inhale, then return to your relaxed upon exhalation.

From our previous talk with Dr. Louise Kelly, practicing this type mindfulness is most effective when done daily, even for just two to five minutes.

Then starting or ending your day in a relaxed state helps your body tolerate the stressors of our everyday life.

This will lower your risk of health conditions caused by stress.
