Finding ways to move that are fun for You, will keep you motivated to keep moving. Then your chance of having neck, back or nerve pain is greatly reduced. This episode will give you simple movements at home to start. When you start feeling better, add more complex movements to feel good (physically, mentally, and emotionally) all the time.
