99% of the population has experienced neck pain. This workshop will give you stretch and strength exercises relieve neck pain and keep it strong to avoid the pain reoccurring. And because most non-traumatic neck pain comes from sitting, included is a sitting posture checklist to optimize your posture to be pain-free.

-is any other symptoms with the neck pain (neuropathy, secondary body parts)?

Start with stretching:

-Upper Trap Stretch

-Pillow Stretch Continue with strength exercises:
