HERE IS THE OUTLINE FOR THIS WORKSHOP–

Which muscles cause shoulder pain?

Start with standing posture; Sitting & Standing. Imbalances?

Check range of motion; which ones are sore or painful?

Stretches:

-Right angle external rotation (with weight).

-Wall Stretch (high and low)

-Broomstick

Strength Exercises:

-3 Shoulders

-Modified Shrugs

-Military Press
