Here are the exercises, etc. that we went through during the workshop:
Standing and Sitting Posture Check.
Check Flexibility of the shoulders:
-T Stretch with Rotation
-Wall Range of Motion
-Broomstick Stretch
And now Build Strength:
-Reverse Fly
-Modified Shoulder Press
-Behind the Back Shrugs
