Our life when we are not sleeping causes stress on our body (good and bad). When we are aware how much we sit/stand/use the phone, etc. in poor posture, then we can start correct the position.
And playing a one-sided sport such as baseball, golf, and softball can lead to injury UNLESS you train both your left and right side outside the sport.
