When you start your recovery, pain should start to reduce to tightness. Then stretching is started to improve posture. Once a person starts strength exercise, then balance training can start.
Balance is important to prevent falls. With seniors (people over 65 years old) this is crucial. Broken bones, hospitalizations and loosing their independence can happen.
