Eating Healthy for your Health (5/8)

As Wellness Chiropractors, we are concerned about a person’s health that is dependent on a healthy nervous system, proper exercise, and proper nutrition.

Starting to eat healthy does not mean you give up every thing you love to eat. After a brief period of junk food withdrawal, you may find that you feel better and more energized throughout the day when you eat a healthy diet.

Dr. James Chestnut, former Chiropractor of the Year, practices his revolutionary concept of Eat Well - Move Well – Think Well® .  In his video, he explains taking small steps to health.  His example of adding a carrot to your diet is more important to your health than taking away the pizza.

If you are sincere about eating healthier, it takes time to change your habits. Give yourself at least 3 to 4 weeks until you can see a change. As Dr. Chestnut says in the video above, take small steps.
