Low Back Exercises for Strength, Pain Relief. @Brookdale Sept. ’18 | Crooked Spine Show

Back pain is more common than the common cold. It can worsen to leg pain or back weakness.  Lowering your quality of life.  If you choose to stop taking the medications or the shot, then what do you need to do? Your local chiropractic can help. Start stretching, then strengthening when your ready. Here is how.

These exercises for flexibility and strength should ONLY be performed if you have been cleared of bone fractures, spinal disc conditions and other problems that can worsen your body with exercise. Starting exercises slowly can make your body uncomfortable and sore.  Then build up a routine to help improve your strength.  This stops the pain from returning and improves our body’s ability to handle more stress (good or bad).
