Back and Nerve Pain Recovery. Ruth’s Review of Upland Claremont Cucamonga Ontario Chiropractor

Ruth came into our office suffering from low back pain and sharp pain down the leg.  This had been progressing for weeks which limited her ability to exercise.  Medication was not helping.

After an x-ray analysis, Ruth understood the pain was coming from a bulging disc in her low back causing neuropathy down her leg.

After weeks of treatment (chiropractic adjustments, exercises and walking) Ruth was able to start jogging again.  Her new x-rays were taken, and showed the healing inside the spine.  Therefore, Ruth was feel better and her x-rays showed the cause of symptoms (her spine) had improved too.

Chronic pain can lead to stiffness and weakness.  This lack of motion can make you have poor posture, and lose your balance.

Why X-ray? Benefits for Neck Back Pain Relief and Recovery by Upland Claremont Cucamonga Chiropractor near me

X-rays allow you see the spine.  This can detect arthritis, alignment issues and disc injuries that can cause medical conditions and neuropathy. By knowing this before getting any type of treatment gives you the best chance of recovery.

Let’s walk through a normal x-ray first to help you understand:

This x-ray has a normal curve/alignment, normal disc spacing and nice smooth curve.

Scott came into our office with leg pain that what affect all parts of his life.  This was his first x-ray: This x-ray shows the tail bone shift back behind the spine.  This can pinch the nerve causing leg pain.

Over a period of a couple months of treatment (adjustments, ultrasound, exercises) Scott’s pain reduced and his was able to move and work better. Here is his results: See the improved curve where the tail bone alignment with the L5 vertebrae is normal.  Thus, the reason for Scott’s neuropathy has been fixed.

Result: the new x-rays show the degree of healing knowing the cause of Scott’s symptoms has improved.  Then recovery can by permanent.

Back Pain and X-ray Recovery. Pete’s Review of Upland Claremont Cucamonga Chiropractor

Peter works heavy construction for the past 15 years.  The last couple of years his back started to tighten, then ache.  Before coming into the office Peter’s back was painful with leg neuropathy.

He was skeptical coming to see a chiropractor.  Peter has heard mixed reviews about chiropractic in general, but was referred our office in Upland, CA from several of his coworkers.

The body stays healthy with motion.  Maintaining a proper stretch routine keeps the flexibility in your joints to stay healthy.  Also, if you play sports or physically exercise, then stretching prevents injury.  This clip with Jontrel emphasizes this point.
